Daniel’s skills and experience in these areas allow our client’s projects to be designed to meet current Building Regulations and receive planning approval.

This qualification will enable him to achieve Associate RICS status within two to three years and full chartership as an MRICS Building Surveyor following that. EPEC Ltd will then be able to offer a full building surveying service.
Daniel’s BSc hons Combined honours Degree with a specialism in Energy Management supports his work as a Domestic Energy Assessor, SAP Assessor and Retrofit Assessor as well as providing a background to his work in design specification services.
With his experience working in construction and energy management Daniel is able to design and install solutions to domestic houses to help our customers save energy and money, design home extensions and advise on getting the best out of domestic reconfiguration projects. This installation work is closely tied into the work of the construction company that he is currently Managing Director of.
